Wizards cloak for children would make a great Halloween costume, or anytime costume. Long flowing arms and hood. The arms drape down with 4 darts on each sleeve. The front and back yokes are gathered with lots of fabric. There is a lot of drape with this cloak. This cloak can be made with any color satin fabric. Just let me know if you would like black or another color.
Can be made to fit children 2 years to 12 years.
